Garlic Sauce and Lamb



Serving: 4 
Prep Time: 15 minutes 
Cooking Time: 2 minutes 

Ingredients: 
1 garlic bulb  
3 tablespoons olive oil  
1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped  
Fresh ground black pepper  
8 lamb chops  

Directions:
Preheat your Air Fryer to 392 degrees F    
Take a garlic bulb and coat with olive oil    
Roast bulb for 12 minutes in Fryer    
Take a bowl and add salt, olive oil, and pepper    
Coat lamb chops with a ½ tablespoon of herb/oil mix and lets it marinate for 5 minutes    Preheat your fryer to 392 degrees F    
Remove the bulb from coking tray and add lamb to the fryer, cook for 5 minutes    
Squeeze garlic clove between your thumb and index finger over the herb oil mix, season with salt and pepper    
Serve the lamb chops with garlic sauce
